At Cruzin Bee LLC, our goal is to make your regular maintenances easy and stress-free. That said, there are a few simple things that homeowners can do to help us get the job started quickly and safely, and keep your system running smoothly in-between appointments.
- Some houses do require more frequent filter changes (ex: higher MERV-rated filters, families with many pets, lots of people in the home, when using the fan function often or always to circulate air, and when doors & windows are kept open consistently), so making sure that yours stays on a regular rotation can really help
- Keeping the area around the equipment clear and ready for us. We do recognize that sometimes the furnace/A/C/water heater are in closets or crawl spaces, so making sure the space is clear for us is always helpful. If your equipment is in the garage, a clear path to and around the equipment (ideally, 4ft in front, and 2ft around, whenever possible) ensures we can get started right away
- A proper maintenance cannot be done without seeing the thermostat(s) and all filter(s) for the system. Telling/showing us where those are located, as well as any problem vents or air intakes, helps us understand how your system is set up, and how we can make sure it’s operating at its best.
