After over a decade of working for other companies in Washington and Utah as a senior service technician in the residential HVAC trade, Chris Eckmeyer, owner of Cruzin Bee LLC, saw that there was a clear need for a specialized service that focuses only on equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. Throughout the years, many of these companies shifted towards prioritizing dollars and sales metrics over quality of service and customer care. Weary of being penalized by employers for taking the time to thoroughly check systems, patiently answer clients’ questions, and write detailed reports, along with the moral and ethical dilemma of seeing customers being taken advantage of by these companies, Chris set out on his own to better the residential HVAC industry- one job at a time.

When you choose Cruzin Bee LLC, you’re choosing a skilled service and maintenance technician who genuinely cares about you, your family, and the performance and longevity of your home’s equipment. We don’t sell or install equipment (only parts), and you are not seen as an opportunity to make more money simply for having an older system. We’ve performed maintenance and service on HVAC equipment over 35 years old; if we haven’t seen it, we’ll gladly take the time to learn it instead of turning you away or trying to sell you a new system.

Cruzin Bee LLC is extremely family-oriented, so we understand having extra monthly expenses and/or an atypical work schedule on a personal level. That’s why we offer transparent, affordable pricing and a flexible schedule options. You won’t be charged more for needing an appointment at 9pm when you schedule your equipment service(s) through us.
