A/C Maintenance

Why is A/C Maintenance Necessary?

AC/HP/Mini-Split is important to do for many reasons, but the main reasons are to check on all of the operations, the moving parts, and maintain the manufacture warranty of the equipment. Your AC/HP/Mini-Split can still operate and not operate efficiently for you and your household, checking through all operations and making adjustments can make sure that your system is working its best for your comfort. Preventative maintenance (maintenance done before there is failure) can help with potentially replacing parts before they fail completely and leave you without cooling in your home. Over the past few years, manufactures of the equipment are becoming more difficult when it comes to the warranty of the equipment. To the point where some manufacturers want to see proof of maintenances being done, and will void the warranty if the equipment has not been maintained for multiple years.
