Warranty

We provide a 1-year labor warranty on all maintenance services and part repairs, and a lifetime warranty on all work performed by our technicians. This warranty is valid only under the following conditions

• The HVAC system must have been properly installed and maintained, with no lapse in maintenance exceeding 2 years.
• The warranty my be voided if the system is outside of the manufacturer warranty and if the customer:
  • Requests work that falls outside of the standard procedures,
  • Chooses to disregard professional recommendations, or
  • Authorizes repairs or modifications against our advice

Please note:

Most HVAC manufacturers require annual maintenance to maintain their warranty coverage. We will verify equipment warranty status during your service visit and advise accordingly.
